Jeffrey was born on June 24, 1965 and passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. Jeffrey was a resident of Tiffin, Ohio at the time of his passing. He graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 1983. He served in the United States Army from December 7 1983 to December 10 1987. His Funeral Service will be at 6:00 P.M. on Friday February 26 2015 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home Crematory 236 S. Washington St. Tiffin Ohio 44883 419 447-2424 with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. Military services will be conducted by the United Veterans Council. There will be no burial at this time. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the Service on Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County a local veteranâs group or to a charity of the donorâs choice.
