Michael A. "Mike" Eberly, 46, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday morning, Sept. 22, 2010, at Elmwood at the Springs, Green Springs.

He was born May 25, 1964, to William and Carol (Crawford) Eberly.

Survivors include his father, Bill of Oro Valley, Ariz.; good friends, Gene and Denise Mullennex of Tiffin; aunt, Arline Gates of Willard; cousins, Janet, Gerald and Jean; and his dog, Scooter.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Carol, in 1988; a sister, Mindy, in 1972; and his stepmother, Sharon Smith Eberly in 2006.

Mike was a 1983 graduate of Columbian High School and was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 402. He enjoyed four-wheeling, fishing, going to sprint car races and hanging out with friends. Mike worked in the warehouse at Fry Foods for the last 12 years and the YMCA for more than 10 years.

Friends may visit with the family from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH, 44883, (419) 447-2424. Burial will be at a later date at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society, Stein Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
